Johan Aglen

Johan Aglen has wide sales, marketing and management experience and has been a member of several Nordic and international executive committees. These include both manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Last 14 years Johan has been working in the coffee industry, for companies including Crem International, Cafe Bar/Pelican Rouge and 3TEMP and being responsible for key accounts like Coca Cola, Joe & The Juice, Sodexo and others. The last job was as CSO & Head of Global Sales for 3TEMP, a manufacturer of coffee machines for the global high-end market.
Johan has been lecturing in communication and retailing at BI Norwegian Business School and worked as a consultant within sales and marketing for several companies.
Outside business Johan has also been competing and holds two world records in skydiving.
